We have a production capacity of 30,000 dozen socks per month. We purchase raw material from well known companies in India, like Vardhaman etc. We produce socks in Men, Ladies as well as in all available children sizes common in European markets. We also produce socks in spandex and Du-Pont Lycra.

	Knitting Machines
	We have single cylinder mechanical Jacquard Machines capable of producing patterned socks in five colours. We also have Double Cylinder Machines to produce ribbed socks extremely popular in Europe.

Finishing
	We have modern finishing machines to perform various finishing processes in socks manufacturing.
	Linking
	In toe linking we have Rosso and Conti Machines imported from Italy to provide best toe linking of socks to our customers. We also have Sotco hand-linking Machines that are imported from United States to provide our customers hand-linked toe in socks if desired so
	Folding
	We have ultra-modern blind stitch machines for the folding of the welt. This makes our socks of the highest quality
	Setting
	We have an ultra modern Steam setting ( Auto Clave ) Machine, which provide us with the best setting for our socks and put us ahead of many of our competitors. This gives our socks a very special look and hence our socks are well taken by best of customers in various countries.
	Tagging
	We have a tagging machine to put tag on the socks labels, this gives the socks a better look.
